When do I receive a quote?
Usually around 24 hrs except for Sundays everyone needs some family time eh!
What mode of payment is accepted?
For card payment, we use a trusted third party who comply fully with all the secure payment protocols for invoices in excess of £400 and/or from overseas these might incur a 2.8% charge
Our preferred payment option is by bank transfer details of our bank are shown on the quotation/invoice
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 24 hrs for stock items M-F Any special requirements or non-stock items is usually 5-7 working days.
Can I track my orders?
We use a third party transport company Parcelforce who provide a tracking number within the UK
My order did not arrive, what to do?
First of all, don’t panic and be calm as we use a trusted parcel company Parcelforce will outline where your parcel is or was in the system if it’s been signed for already at the destination address.
