The most important thing to note when using this mouth tray is that the patient never breathes through their mouth. The patient should always breathe through their nose.
By breathing only through their nose, no gas can reach the lungs.
The mouth tray is normally for single use, although the tray can be used under certain conditions up to 3-5 times by the same patient.
